Our meeting rooms

 In addition to our flexible workplaces, Nomadz also has a bright meeting room and two colorful offices for both members and non-members. These are located on either side of the general (flex) room, but are connected to each other through the beautiful high glass wall panels. And because Nomadz is in Bink 36, you literally meet in between entrepreneurs. An inspiring environment for your workshop, training, coaching conversation or consultation. All information about what you can expect can be found as follows.
Bink 36
Nomadz is located in Bink 36. The former PTT building, which is now the bustling center of entrepreneurial The Hague, still radiates the raw of the old days. But with the now more than 300 companies, a few minutes from The Hague Central Station, HS and the motorway and affordable parking, a special location for meetings, brainstorming and meetings. Do you want to offer your customers even more? Then make sure you have a nice lunch or a drink or a bite to eat in the rooftop restaurant.
 
 
Our meeting room
Our meeting room - a surprising mix of industrial, colorful and functional - measures 7.5 x 5 meters and offers space for a maximum of 20 people at tables and 40 in theater style. While the glass panels keeps you in touch with our flex workers, the high windows provide a phenomenal view of the skyline of The Hague. And a lot of light. The tables are standard in a U-shape, but can also be placed in block(s), row(s) or circle(s). Of course you can book the room with numerous options and you can relax behind our dart board in between.
Offices
In addition to our meeting room, we have two offices of approximately 10 m2 at our disposal. Both have daylight on two sides, views over the skyline of The Hague and are suitable for up to 4 people. The spaces are therefore ideal for small meetings, workshops, courses or coaching sessions. Of course, the offices are also suitable for one person, for example to be able to work in complete rest or to hold a skype meeting.
 
 
Drinks
Each group is different, with its own dynamics or habits. That is why you have the choice between making your own Jura-coffee and tea or, if the group is larger or contains many coffee slurps, you can buy coffee (and tea) in jugs. We Nomadz love cookies and you get anyway when purchasing our drinks. Everyone can get jug of water for free. Bring your own drinks and snacks? No problem, with us everything is possible. Order your drinks wihtin your booking.
Food
A good meeting naturally includes a delicious lunch. We are happy to provide these: two luxury (vegetarian) sandwiches per person, fruit, juice and milk. You can enjoy this in the room, downstairs in the canteen or outside on the terrace when the weather is nice. Around the evening we also like to provide a snack and a drink. Or a complete meal: fried rice, noodles or pizzas. Can it be a bit more luxurious? Then the rooftop restaurant is highly recommended. Less luxury is also possible: own consumption is permitted. Order your food wihtin your booking.
 
 
Facilities
The rent of all our spaces includes use of fiber-optic internet, printing, scanning, copying and a flipchart. If you have a lot to explain, feel like a schoolmaster and use our life-size chalk wall in both the meeting room and the offices. In addition, we naturally have a projector with screen available. Forgot your laptop? We have for you. By car? At the Bink 36 there is always room and it is very affordable parking.
Opening hours
Thanks to the generous opening times of Bink 36, you can even meet around office hours: in the evening, at the weekend and during public holidays. These are our opening times:

Monday - Friday 7 am - 10:30 pm
Saturday 9 am - 10.30 pm
Sunday 9 am - 7 pm
Holidays 9 am - 7 pm
Access and parking
Nomadz is easily accessible. On foot 10 minutes from The Hague CS and HS; by car a few minutes from the highway. There is a large unguarded bicycle shed and ample parking. As a visitor to Nomadz you can also park for less. The Bink 36 reception will gladly point your customers or employees to the third floor of the C building, which you can of course reach by elevator. Here we provide signs that point you to unit 48.
